Products on the site are organised into departments (like they would be in a high street shop). You can select departments by either using the menu bar on the left or by clicking here. The main departments are Female, Male, Accessories, and Toys & Equipment although there are many other departments (e.g. Rubber Items, Catsuits, PVC Items, Collars, Outsize, etc.) so that you can be really specific about the kind of products you wish to browse. You can also search for a specific product by typing something into the search box on the left of the screen - e.g.:
Browsing departments, or searching for products, takes you to a page showing you all the products in that category - if there are a lot then 9 products will be shown per page and you can click on 'Next' to view more. Clicking on the small photograph will take you to a more detailed description of the product where you will be able to buy it if you so wish.
The web site has a feature called a 'basket' (well in our case we've called it a Cat Basket) - it's like putting lots of items into a basket in a real shop and then taking it to the checkout till. Once you have found something you want to buy, select the size and fabric/colour (if appropriate) you require, and then click on the Add to Cat Basket button for that product - you will see the items appear in your basket at the top of the page. You can carry on browsing products, adding as many products as you like to the 'basket', and it will remember everything you selected. When you are ready to buy the items you put in your basket click on "Pay using card" and you will be taken to our secure server.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Euro card, Maestro/Switch & Solo. SORRY BUT WE DO NOT ACCEPT VISA ELECTRON. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch.
Our ordering system uses an internet technology called SSL (secure socket layer) - this means you are safe to enter you personal details (such as address and credit card) without fear of anyone but Cathouse being able to see them. When you reach the page where your credit card and address details are requested, an icon will be displayed at the bottom of your browser (a padlock if you are using Internet Explorer, or an unbroken key if you are using Netscape) to prove that a secure connection to our server has been made. This means that the information transmitted from your browser to us is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by anyone else. To read more click why we are secure.
We realise that purchasing from a site selling fetish related products should be a private affair and we take great care to keep your personal information very private. Cathouse NEVER sells or passes your details onto any third party (and we're not very keen on web sites that do!) so if you give us your email address we will only use it to contact you about your order (e.g. when it's ready). We are also registered with the Data Protection Act.

Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch. When ordering from outside the EU, Import Duties are not included and are the customers responsibility.
Please check our size chart to check that you are ordering the correct size. A size 10 in the UK is different to a size 10 in the USA.
Orders within the UK are usually sent by first class recorded mail, which means that the parcel needs to be signed for. If you're not in when the postman calls, he will leave you a card giving details of re-delivery or the address of your local collection office. Orders outside the UK are usually sent out via Royal Mail's Standard Airmail or International recorded service, but it depends on the weight of the parcel. All orders are sent out under plain cover. Our return address will be on the back of the parcel, but it will not say 'Cathouse'.
Items may be returned for exchange, but postage costs will be charged. Once
you receive your order, please check that the order is correct. Please try garments
on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons, just in case you need to return
the items. We regret that we cannot accept returns on items such as sex aids
& gags. If it is necessary to exchange an item, please carefully repack
and return it to us within 7 days in an UNWORN and UNWASHED condition. (Items in the UK must be returned by recorded
post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that get lost on their way
back to us). Full refunds will be given at the discretion of the company
management.
We regret that postage charges cannot be refunded.
Please be careful when trying on rubber items - we cannot accept responsibility
for rubber clothing which has been torn or snagged on jewellery or fingernails
etc. - Rubber is a very delicate material and we do not accept returns on torn
rubber clothing. Please follow the guidelines on looking after your clothing
correctly. If you are returning items from outside the UK, please mark clearly
on the customs declaration that the items are being returned to the manufacturer,
so that customs charges are not incurred. The company management reserves the
right to cancel or decline any order without explanation.
Cathouse cannot accept liability for any accident, injury or death resulting in the misuse of any of our products.
